The Forge-Men Who Do The Work

Most men don’t need more advice.

They need a room where they can be honest — about what they're carrying, where they're stuck, and what it's actually going to take to move forward.

That room exists. It meets every week. And there's a seat in it for you.

The Five Rules

The Forge runs on five rules that make it different from every other men's group you've been in:

1. What's said here, stays here.
2. No fixing unless asked.
3. Speak from experience.
4. Honesty and respect.
5. Ownership, not blaming.

These aren't suggestions. They're what make the room work.

How It Works

 The Forge meets twice a week — one online session and one in person.

Each session is facilitated by Matt Findora — USMC veteran, resilience coach, and founder of Choose to Live, Love & Grow. Sessions are real conversations, not presentations. You come as you are. You leave with something real.

Earn a bonus free session by bringing another man to The Forge. When he attends, you get your next session on us.

📋 The Forge Community Scholarship

Financial barriers shouldn't keep any man out of the room. Two need-based scholarships are available at all times. If cost is a concern, message Matt directly — the conversation is confidential and there's no application form. Just honesty about where you are.
