It Comes Back Tomorrow

Hey {{first_name}},

After almost a year of silence — the podcast comes back tomorrow.

I'm not going to say much about it today. I want you to hear it first.

What I will tell you is this:

The comeback episode is the most honest thing I've recorded. I tell the full story of where I've been, what happened, what it cost, and what it built. I talk about why I went quiet. And I talk about where this show, and everything I'm building, is going from here.

It's quick. It's real. I think it will land for you.

It drops tomorrow, Tuesday May 12th, wherever you listen to podcasts.

I'll send you the link the moment it's live.

In the meantime, if you've been following along this past month, you've seen a lot of movement. The Forge is growing. The business is building. And I've been learning, sometimes the hard way, what it actually takes to keep showing up when things aren't easy yet.

That's what tomorrow's episode is about.

Stay close.

— Matt

P.S. The Forge meets every Wednesday at 6pm online and every Friday at 6pm in Fort Wayne. Your first two sessions are free. If you've been thinking about it — this week is a good week to walk through the door.

I went through something significant and personal that required me to step back and focus on my family, my kids, and myself. I won't go into the details because they're not mine alone to share, but I will tel...
When Was the Last Time You Tried Something New?
In the last email we talked about our relationship with food. So, when was the last time you were adventorous with your food? Have you really paid attention to what food brings your body joy and what causes it to be sluggish? In the latest episode of Choose to Live, Love & Grow, Kate Galli and I talk about what it is like being on a plant-based diet. When you want to eat a certain way, it can b...
How Is Your Relationship With Food?
When was the last time you were asked this question? It's not a question we hear often or even ask ourselves often, but it begs the question: why not? When you look at food, do you look at it as sustanance so you can continue your tasks at hand? Maybe you look at it in a sense of indulgence, or a reward after a long day. How should we look at it if we truly want to be the best version of oursel...
